Hearing Evaluation Visit — approximately 45 to 60 minutes We begin with a detailed audiological assessment to understand the type and degree of your hearing loss. If you have any previous hearing test reports or audiograms, please bring them along. A family member or caregiver is welcome to accompany you — their observations about your day-to-day hearing challenges are often helpful during the assessment.

Hearing Aid Trial — add approximately 30 minutes If you are coming for a hearing evaluation and a hearing aid trial on the same day, plan for up to 90 minutes in total. There is no obligation to purchase — the trial is completely free.

Speech Therapy Consultation — approximately 30 to 45 minutes For children or adults visiting for a speech therapy consultation, please bring any previous reports, school assessments, or doctor referrals if available. This helps us understand the history and plan the most appropriate course of therapy.

Follow-up Visits — approximately 20 to 30 minutes Follow-up visits for hearing aid programming, adjustments, or therapy sessions are shorter and focused. These can be booked directly by calling us.
