How We Work — Our Fitting Process
We follow a structured process to ensure every patient leaves with the right hearing aid, not just any hearing aid.
Step 1 — Hearing Assessment Your visit begins with a comprehensive audiological evaluation conducted by our specialist. We assess the type and degree of your hearing loss across different frequencies to build an accurate hearing profile.
Step 2 — Model Recommendation Based on your audiogram, lifestyle, and budget, we recommend two or three models that are genuinely suited to your needs. We explain the differences honestly so you can make an informed decision.
Step 3 — Free Trial You wear the recommended hearing aid in our centre and, where possible, in your real-life environment. This hands-on experience is essential — what works for one patient may not work for another.
Step 4 — Fine Tuning Once you have selected a model, we programme and fine-tune the hearing aid specifically to your audiogram. Small adjustments at this stage make a significant difference to long-term comfort and satisfaction.
Step 5 — Follow-Up Support We provide scheduled follow-up visits for adjustments, cleaning, and maintenance. Our relationship with patients does not end at the point of sale.
